At Bellaroma, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering your fragrances, but if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Note: Due to the nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

• You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Bellaroma is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
