โ Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: Due to the nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
